A Day in the Life As a Virtual Executive Assistant, your days will be filled with a mix of administrative tasks, strategic planning, and collaboration with senior leaders and their teams. You'll be responsible for managing complex schedules, meeting invites, and gathering room operations, as well as arranging global and domestic travel, handling cost reports, and overseeing large event strategies. You'll also be expected to drive team activities, recognize and reward outstanding efforts, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling cost reports
  • Overseeing large event strategies, including catering, facilities, and materials
  • Arranging space for the team and working with office moves
  • Making everyone feel valued, recognizing exceptional efforts, and having fun at work
  • Attending key meetings, following and aiding drive fulfillment of key expectations, and circling back to exceptional things
  • Driving team activities, such as staff meeting plans, team-building events, launch events, and team recognition
  • Managing work processes that require approvals
  • Recognizing internal and external ways to address issues in an innovative manner Essential Capabilities
  • 2+ years of senior-level administrative support experience, or 1+ years of experience at careerzynith
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with leader-level scheduling and management Preferred Capabilities
  • Experience in a fast-paced, cutting-edge organization
  • Experience managing multiple schedules
  • Familiarity with careerzynith's systems and processes What We Offer
