Responsibilities:

As an Entry Level Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

Data Entry:

Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure accuracy.

Data Management:

Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.

Quality Control:

Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output.

Research and Analysis:

Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents and applying data program techniques and procedures.

Reporting and Storage:

Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.

Document Scanning and Printing:

Scanning documents and printing files, when needed.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong Computer Skills:

Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.

Attention to Detail:

Strong attention to detail and ability to enter data quickly and accurately.

Analytical Thinking:

Ability to think analytically and resolve problems.

Experience:

Experience working in a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus, but not required.
