  • Fingerprinting is required for this program. Agents must agree and consent to following disclosures before fingerprints can be submitted: Fair Credit Reporting Act Disclosure & Authorization, FBI Individual Rights, and Consent for Collection of Biometric Data. Must have your own computer/equipment.!! Tech scan is mandatory!

This is a MAX program, which means that Service Partners on the Fiserv Money Network/Direct Express MAX program are expected to service 50 hours (100 intervals) per invoice period* - throughout their Production SOW - to earn a service revenue incentive of $0.50 per hour ($0.25 per interval). Service Partners who do not service more than 50 hours (100 intervals) will receive $14.50 per hour ($7.25 per interval) and will not be eligible for the MAX program in the future.

  • The invoice periods run from the 1st of the month to the 15th and from the 16th to the 30th/31st.​

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and courteously to inbound customer calls related to banking, financial services, and account inquiries
  • Assist customers with data entry tasks, updating account information accurately and efficiently
  • Identify potential fraud or suspicious activity by analyzing customer interactions and transaction patterns, contributing to fraud prevention efforts
  • Provide clear explanations of banking products and services, promoting sales opportunities where appropriate
  • Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting problems and offering effective solutions while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Communicate complex information in a straightforward manner, ensuring customer understanding across multiple languages if applicable
  • Document all interactions thoroughly in the system, maintaining accurate records for future reference

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environments, preferably within financial services or banking sectors
  • Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
  • Familiarity with financial sales techniques and a keen interest in promoting banking products and services
  • Knowledge of fraud prevention and detection practices to safeguard customer accounts
  • Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs quickly and accurately
  • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail to ensure data integrity
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple inquiries effectively
