Medicare & Life Insurance Sales Agent (Telesales)

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Medicare and Life Insurance Sales Agents. Position Overview The Medicare & Life Insurance Sales Agent will work with prospective and current clients to help them understand their coverage options and enroll in plans that best meet their needs. Leads may include inbound inquiries, scheduled appointments, and client referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct telesales consultations with prospective clients regarding Medicare and life insurance options
  • Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, and Life Insurance products
  • Assist individuals turning 65 with their Medicare transition
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and enrollments
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings
  • Optional: Conduct in-person client appointments if interested in field work

Compensation

  • $50,000 – $75,000 annual earnings potential
  • Base compensation (depending on employment structure)
  • Performance bonuses

Qualifications

  • Active Health and Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
  • Medicare certification preferred (or willingness to complete)
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
