Concentrix is a global technology and services leader that powers the world’s best brands. They are seeking an Inbound Sales Advisor to provide excellent customer service support to O2/Virgin Media Mobile customers, handling inquiries and driving sales through effective service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from O2/Virgin Media Mobile customers
• Provide excellent customer service support
• Help with general queries such as payments, billing, customer complaints, data usage, roaming costs
• Aim to drive sales through great service

Skills

• 6 months experience working to targets
• Excellent customer service skills
• A great attitude and an ability to talk to people at all levels
• A technical mindset – you will need to know how to use a computer and navigate different systems
• A quiet place to work at home with a good broadband connection minimum 10 mbps
• A minimum of 6-12 months experience within a sale's role (Desirable) or working towards monitored targets
