About the Role

As a member of our Consultant Network, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate on fractional, short-term, or enterprise-level consulting projects
• Serve clients across industries (including agriculture, construction, manufacturing, education, and more)
• Deliver strategic insights, training, facilitation, and advisory services
• Work independently with the backing of a trusted, values-aligned brand
• Be considered for leadership retreats, organizational development engagements, and custom training initiatives

✅ We're Looking For Experts In:

• Human Resources (compliance, total rewards, performance management, HRIS, etc.)
• Talent & Leadership Development (training design, facilitation, succession planning)
• DEI Strategy & Culture Change
• Safety, Risk & Wellbeing (OSHA, safety culture, behavioral safety)
• Executive Coaching & Organizational Design
• Fractional CHRO or Director-level capabilities

Ideal Partner Traits

• 2+ years of relevant leadership or consulting experience
• Operates independently, with strong communication and accountability
