The right person for this role is self-motivated, goal-oriented, competitive, and energized by production, income growth, and opportunity. This position is 100% remote nationwide, selling into Idaho and your resident state (if available). A hybrid or in-office option is available for candidates located in the Boise, Idaho metro area. Compensation includes a $2,500/month base salary plus commission. Most producers earn $63,400$128,700 annually, with top performers exceeding $140,000. The compensation structure is designed to reward production, consistency, and results. Salary Range: $63400.00 - $128700.00 per year

Requirements
