Intake Specialist - Over-the- Phone Team (Remote – Full-Time) Schedule Monday–Friday, 1130 AM - 800 PM EST Start Date May 18th, 2026 Location Fully Remote About the Role We’re hiring a detail-oriented and compassionate Intake Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, helping coordinate medical and transportation services within the workers’ compensation space. If you’re tech-savvy, organized, and motivated by helping others, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process referrals from case managers, clients, attorneys, and adjusters over the phone.
  • Accurately input client and appointment information into our system.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate services and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Maintain organized digital records and ensure compliance with company protocols. Qualifications · High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred · Previous experience in healthcare, customer service, or workers’ compensation is a plus · Strong email etiquette, communication, and multitasking skills · Proficient with Windows OS, web navigation, and standard office applications · Bilingual (English/Spanish), required.
