Job Description

This is a dynamic and creative role where you’ll conceptualize designs and produce specifications for factories for licensed homeware products across the EMEA region. You’ll work closely with Sr Design Manager, as well as our licensing and production teams to ensure that all designs are visually compelling, brand-compliant, and production-ready. The ideal candidate is a talented designer with a keen eye for detail, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to balance creativity with accuracy. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing ideas during creative brainstorms and cross-functional collaborations. Responsibilities: Working on customer briefs suited for the EMEA handwriting Work cross-functionally with other teams Assist in trend research and market analysis to help shape seasonal direction Artworking designs for both licensor approval and factory ready specification

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 2+ years of experience as a Designer or Artworker, ideally within a licensed design or consumer products environment. proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). Demonstrated ability to apply brand guidelines accurately across designs Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials a plus Keen attention to detail and quick learner Licensing experience or familiarity with licensed consumer goods is a plus Collaborative and proactive communicator with strong organizational skills. Amenable to work 3:00PM–12:00AM, Monday to Friday Service Region: Philippines
