Tangle Teezer is a global brand dedicated to providing healthier-looking hair with less breakage. They are seeking a Junior Digital Designer to support the execution of 360° campaigns across multiple channels, creating high-quality digital assets that are on-brand and performance-driven.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets across channels including social, email, Shopify storefront, Amazon, and more
• Support 360 campaign rollouts from concept to execution
• Collaborate closely with midweight designers and the broader creative team
• Translate brand direction into compelling, on-brand visuals
• Work on a variety of deliverables, from static graphics to short-form video content
• Gain exposure to both brand and performance marketing creative

Skills

• 1-2 years' experience
• BA in Graphic Design or related field
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong grasp of file organization, naming conventions, and asset hygiene
• Comfortable working within digital specifications (dimensions, DPI, file formats) and producing a high volume of precise, production-ready assets
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates design across multiple channels
• Experience in beauty and/or fashion
