LAW OFFICE RECEPTIONIST – California-based Plaintiffs’ law firm is seeking a full-time receptionist with strong customer service skills to join our team. Candidate must be bilingual and biliterate in Spanish and English. Prior office experience preferred. This is a WORK FROM YOUR HOME position, but you must live in California to allow for training and attendance at occasional meetings.

Responsibilities

• Answering high volume of phone calls and routing calls or messages to team members
• Reviewing, analyzing and forwarding e-mails to team members
• Updating client information into database
• Coordinating initial client intakes and routing to appropriate team members for handling
• Other responsibilities as assigned Experience and skills required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual and biliterate in Spanish and English
• Must be legally able to work in the United States
• Minimum two-years customer service and professional office experience Successful candidate will have
