We’re now looking for a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team and help drive the next wave of fintech innovation. What is Noda? Now we're looking for a talented Senior Technical Support Specialist to be part of our dynamic team. Your mission: Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, supporting their growth and development. Establish and improve business analysis processes, standards, and documentation practices. Drive knowledge management and maintain high-quality product documentation. Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and stakeholders to refine business requirements. Review and improve analytical artefacts produced by the team. Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements when needed. Support delivery teams throughout development and testing phases. Your skills and experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development. Experience leading, mentoring, or managing Business Analysts. Proven track record of building or improving business analysis processes and documentation standards. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to break down complex business problems into clear requirements and user stories. Experience with Business Process Modelling. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology. Experience with JIRA and Confluence. High emotional intelligence and coaching mindset. Fluency in English and Russian. Nice to have: Experience in FinTech, Payments, or Open Banking. Experience working with APIs and integrations. What we offer: Keep growing: your growth is our priority.
