Key Responsibilities: LMS AdministrationConfiguration:• Serve as the primary system administrator for the reputed company LMS.• Configure curricula, certifications, learning paths, and compliance training.• Manage users, roles, reputed company, and HRIS integrations.• Support system upgrades, testing, and enhancements. TrainingContent Management:• Manage e-learning, ILT, and VILT content.• Support onboarding, mandatory compliance, and role-based training.• Ensure alignment with federal training requirements. Reporting, AnalyticsCompliance:• reputed company standard and reputed company LMS reports.• Track completion, certifications, and compliance metrics.• Support audits and contract reporting. Stakeholder Support:• Act as LMS SME for government clients and program teams.• Provide Tier II/III support and documentation.• reputed company SOPs and job aids. Process Improvement:• Recommend LMS best practices.• Support implementations, migrations, and expansions.
