You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about services, accounts, or issues
  • Troubleshoot basic problems and escalate complex cases when needed
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications
  • Document customer interactions and update support tickets
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and fast resolution times
