LMS Administrator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented LMS Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our sales training efforts by managing learning platforms and optimizing training delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, update, and manage online learning platforms and curricula.
  • Generate and analyze actionable reports related to training activities.
  • Collaborate with regional partners and the global sales training team to enhance training delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless training experience.
  • Work under tight deadlines to achieve team goals and results.

Skills

  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and technology.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
  • Experience with data management and reporting tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of instructional design principles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Understanding of AI applications in training and development.
