Manager, Network Strategy & Operations Salary Range: $95,000–$110,000 base salary + equity + benefits Location: Remote (United States) Reports to: Chief Clinical Officer Type: Full-Time About Rosarium Health Rosarium Health is building the healthcare infrastructure that helps people age safely and independently at home.​ ​ We partner with Medicaid, D-SNP, and Medicare Advantage plans to deliver clinician-led in-home assessments and home modifications that reduce falls, hospitalizations, and long-term care admissions. Our platform coordinates occupational therapists, physical therapists, contractors, and care teams through a single operational workflow.​ ​ We recently closed a $6 million Seed round and are expanding across California and the Northeast. This is an opportunity to join early and help build a company at the intersection of healthcare, housing, and technology. The Opportunity We are hiring a Manager, Network Strategy & Operations to build and support the provider network that powers Rosarium.​ ​ In this role, you will be responsible for network development, management and adequacy, allowing members to receive services in a timely manner. You will recruit. credential, contract and provide network oversight to ensure all network providers are up to date on required documents and are meeting Rosarium standards and requirements. ​You will work directly with the Chief Clinical Officer and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the tools and processes used by providers and internal teams.​ ​ This role is well suited for someone who wants to grow into a senior leadership position overseeing provider network strategy and operations.

What You'll Do

Build and manage the Provider Network​ Recruit clinicians (occupational therapists, physical therapists), and licensed contractors. Onboard and support the contractor network Collaborate with operations to solve for network gaps Develop market launch plans to ensure adequate coverage.​ Build relationships with universities, associations, and provider organizations.​ Manage Provider Operations​ Oversee credentialing, contracting, network adequacy and compliance.​ Identify opportunities for improvement for onboarding and training, including resources to expand the knowledge and skills of network contractors Coordinate with Finance on provider payments.​ ​Performance​ Management Track key operational metrics such as timely credentialing/recredentialing Performance of network timeliness, accuracy​ and Member satisfaction with the job Partner with Product and Engineering to improve workflows. What We're Looking For 4–7 years of experience in operations, marketplace strategy, network development, or healthcare services.​ Experience in training and managing 1099 employees Strong project management and analytical skills.​ Comfortable working with Product and Engineering teams.​ Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRMs, and operational systems.​ Clear communication and a relationship-focused approach. Preferred Experience Managed Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or D-SNP​ Provider credentialing and contracting​ Two-sided marketplaces or tech-enabled services​ Home health, rehabilitation, aging services, or home services Experience at a venture-backed healthcare or digital health company.​ Who You Are Organized and dependable​ Proficient in working across functional areas Comfortable using technology and data​ Thoughtful and practical in solving problems​ Able to work independently and keep projects moving​ Motivated by improving the lives of older adults and families Why This Role Matters Rosarium's growth depends on building a strong provider network that can deliver services in a timely manner, with quality, consistency, and compassion.​ This role will help create the systems and relationships that make that possible.
