As Manager of Vocational Services, you will call upon your leadership and problem-solving skills to oversee a division of Vocational Services with direct responsibility for supervising, directing, and organizing care for clients, your focus will be on achieving the best possible outcomes, while monitoring staffing needs, supervision and guidance. Ensure that service delivered aligns with key performance indicators (KPIs) Ensure staffing requirements meet demand levels Align service objectives with corporate goals and functional goals, identifying business metrics to meet and exceed the CBI vision and values Organize resources to solve problems and make tough decisions to lead through change while striving for ideal outcomes Here’s what you’ll need to be successful: Have a degree or masters level education in a related discipline Extensive vocational rehabilitation experience (5 years) or equivalent related industry experience Working towards or holding relevant professional certifications (i.e. Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP) or equivalent RCCS, RVP, CVRP)) Sound knowledge of rehabilitation industry standards, disability insurance standards, and best practice Be results-oriented, adaptable, well organized, and able to function independently An innovative visionary committed to creative problem solving and outcome driven leadership strategies Possess sound written and verbal communication and multi-tasking skills Be able to provide employee development and coaching Be willing to further your skills through additional training What CBI Health can offer to you We are proud of our friendly environment, supportive leadership and the knowledgeable team members who make it all possible.
