Position Overview and Objective The Manager, Sales Operations partners with Sales Operations leadership to develop and manage the sales operations strategy. Responsibilities

Develop and support a team of sales operations professionals Work with sales operations leadership to understand process gaps or opportunities for improvement Develop, implement, and maintain operational workflows, procedures, SLAs, and reporting Identify opportunities to improve business performance and work cross-functionally with business partners to gain buy-in on new opportunities Drive efficiencies in the quote to cash process flow Establish standard operating procedures aligned to a global go-to-market strategy Experience & Requirements Ability to lead, manage, and develop a high performing team Advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of Salesforce Proficiency in the development and delivering of metrics and dashboards Process and quality oriented with attention to detail Bachelors Degree with 10 or more years’ experience in sales or order operations role Key Competencies Process Management Problem Solving Communication On-Camera Policy To support a fair, transparent, and engaging interview experience, candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews.
