Responsibilities

• Utilize analytic techniques to support marketing, measurement, and reporting efforts
• Evaluate existing and potential products and service markets to identify growth opportunities
• Identify and monitor competitors and research market conditions or industry changes that may affect sales
• Develop and maintain complex financial modeling tools and programs
• Assess the performance of new and existing marketing programs
• Develop tests and define testing parameters to measure marketing effectiveness
• Evaluate methodologies and make recommendations for process improvements
• Design, develop, and implement new processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain reports detailing the influence of marketing activities on various operating groups
• Present analysis and support data-driven decisions to management

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, including advanced spreadsheet and data modeling capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analysis clearly to management
• Ability to evaluate and recommend improvements to existing methodologies and processes
• Strong research skills with the ability to monitor market trends and competitive landscapes
• A high degree of creativity and the ability to work with latitude and independence
• Ability to develop and maintain complex financial models and reporting tools
