Mark Allen Group is a specialist media business seeking a Marketing Executive to join their MA Business division. This role focuses on delivering creative marketing campaigns to grow and engage audiences in the aviation and automotive sectors across various channels.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver marketing campaigns that support audience growth, engagement, and promotion of aviation and automotive publications across digital and event channels
• Plan, prioritise, and execute multi-channel campaigns in line with clear objectives, deadlines, and budgets
• Create engaging content for email campaigns, websites, and social media, and support delivery of content within media partner agreements
• Work closely with editorial, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints
• Support the management and ongoing development of websites and marketing platforms
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing clear insight on effectiveness and opportunities for improvement
• Contribute ideas to new marketing initiatives and help shape how we continue to develop audience engagement
• Stay up to date with marketing trends, tools, and best practice across digital marketing and publishing

Skills

• Experience supporting the delivery and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email, SEO, social media, and PPC
• Confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once and meet deadlines
• Comfortable using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to track and report performance
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail

• Experience in publishing or B2B media marketing
• Familiarity with working across editorial, commercial, and design teams in a collaborative environment
• Exposure to aviation, automotive, or specialist industry audiences
