Job Title Medicare Insurance Agent Job Description A Medicare Insurance Agent will assist Medicare Advantage (Part C) eligible beneficiaries in enrolling into the best plan available. Agents will answer questions regarding eligible plans and offer details on each available option. Leads on Medicare Advantage eligible beneficiaries will be provided by MPC LLC. Agents will use a dialer system, a CRM, and other web-based tools provided by MPC LLC to conduct outbound and inbound calls to eligible beneficiaries. Agents will be required to stay current with ongoing licensing and compliance requirements. (MPC LLC can assist in further licensing) · Experience contacting Medicare eligible individuals via telephone. (Preferred) · 1 year minimum acting as an insurance sales representative in the Medicare space. Skills/Abilities · Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
