About the position Emora Health provides virtual behavioral therapy to children, teens, young adults, and their families. We support ages 5 through 30, focusing on ADHD, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, and related concerns. Responsibilities

• Provide 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, young adults, and/or families
• Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning
• Collaborate with our Clinical Director as needed for complex or crisis cases
• Complete documentation efficiently using built-in AI tools
• Customize your clinical preferences so we can match you with clients aligned to your expertise

Requirements

• Active independent license in Texas (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW, Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent)
• 2+ years experience treating children/teens and their families
• Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth
• Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions
• Enjoys autonomy and working in a supportive virtual environment

Nice-to-haves

• Spanish bilingual is a plus
