Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google ad campaigns Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve ROI and lead generation Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis Set up tracking, pixels, conversions, and retargeting campaigns Build and manage funnels, automations, and workflows in GoHighLevel (GHL) Create landing pages and forms within GHL Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights Coordinate with clients/team members regarding campaign updates and results Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates

Qualifications

Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) Strong understanding of paid advertising strategies and analytics Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization Familiarity with CRM systems, funnels, and marketing automations Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
