Our team plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of music, video, and podcast content to users worldwide. We collaborate with various stakeholders to develop scalable solutions and initiatives that enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and process complex incoming requests efficiently.
• Resolve a large volume of tickets daily, ensuring timely responses.
• Troubleshoot ingestion and curation issues, collaborating with stakeholders for solutions.
• Support team projects, research, and information gathering to improve processes.

Required:

• Experience with customer relationship management tools like Salesforce or Zendesk.
• Minimum of 2 years in the music, podcast industry, or operations in a tech company.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
