Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy for AgTech products and services. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the agricultural sector, including large farm operations, cooperatives, and distributors. Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities. Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting to senior management. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Represent the company at major agricultural trade shows and industry events. Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and team performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus. 10+ years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a sales management role, specifically within the agricultural industry or AgTech sector. Proven track record of successfully managing national sales teams and achieving significant revenue growth. Deep understanding of modern farming practices, equipment, and challenges. Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
