Key Responsibilities

• Incorporate multimedia resources like videos, slides, and games to enhance the learning experience.
• Monitor Progress:
• Assess students' progress regularly through quizzes, assignments, and participation.
• Maintain records of student performance and provide updates to parents or guardians as needed.
• Foster a Positive Environment:
• Create an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere for students of all ages and backgrounds.
• Build rapport with students to boost their enthusiasm for learning English.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

• Fluency in English (native or near-native proficiency).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online teaching platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not required).
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring (a plus).
