This role combines wellness coaching with world-class customer service. You'll work directly with first responders—helping them stay engaged with their wellness programs, providing accountability, answering questions, and supporting healthier, longer careers. Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual wellness coaching sessions with first responders.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text.
• Build relationships and keep members engaged and accountable.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing member support.
• Answer questions and resolve member concerns professionally.
• Document interactions and maintain timely follow-up.
• Represent our mission with professionalism, positivity, and empathy.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong phone presence and customer service experience.
• Background in fitness, wellness, exercise science, kinesiology, personal training, health coaching, or a related field.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working remotely.
• Passion for helping others improve their health and quality of life.
