Job Description

Southwest Airlines is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our dedicated team. Requirements – High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. – Previous customer service experience, especially in the airline or travel industry, is a plus. – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. – Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. – Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. – Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. – Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
