In this role, you will facilitate clear, accurate, and culturally sensitive interpretation across a variety of settings, ensuring effective dialogue between speakers of different languages. Responsibilities

• Provide real-time, accurate and confidential interpretation services via phone
• Accurately translate spoken communication between parties while maintaining the original tone, intent, and cultural nuances.
• Support communication in sensitive or complex situations such as medical emergencies, legal proceedings, or social services interactions.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards during all interpretation sessions.
• Manage multiple calls efficiently while ensuring high-quality language support and professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to improve interpretation processes, company expectation and address challenging scenarios effectively.

Experience

• Multilingual proficiency in at least two languages; English and the target language
• Prior experience in interpretation or translation roles is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey messages clearly and empathetically across cultural contexts.
• Knowledge of linguistics principles and cultural sensitivities relevant to diverse populations.
• Bilingual individuals with excellent active listening skills are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with interpretation technology and remote communication tools is advantageous.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly in fast-paced environments.
