About the client: Our client is a digital marketing agency specializing in helping medical and dental businesses grow through comprehensive digital solutions. They transform websites into lead-generating assets while building brand awareness through SEO, social media, and paid advertising campaigns. About the role: We are seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to develop, manage, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Google Ads (Search & YouTube), Meta Ads, and Local Services Ads. The role focuses on driving measurable results, including improving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and lead generation for our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires exceptional attention to detail, accountability for campaign performance, and adaptability to each client’s unique setup. Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S. Experience in the healthcare niche is preferred. What you’ll be doing: Develop and execute paid ad strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and LSAs. Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, conversions, and lead generation. Use data-driven insights to analyze performance, refine strategies, and achieve client goals. Conduct creative, audience, and budget A/B testing to enhance campaign performance. Learn and implement the client’s proprietary program and campaign setup to align with their systems. Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams. Who are we looking for? 6+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google. Proficiency with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and other relevant tools; proven track record in optimizing campaigns for ROAS and lead generation. Strong written and verbal English communication skills; comfortable with video calls for client communication. Willingness to learn new systems and approaches unique to the client’s processes. Experience in a digital marketing agency is required in the U.S. Experience in the healthcare niche is preferred. Position: Paid Ads Specialist Remote Status: Fully Remote Working Hours: 40 hrs a week in standard working hours in Mountain Time. Salary: USD 1400 - 1800 per month Internal Job ID: 1379
