Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and verifying data for completeness and accuracy
  • Identifying and correcting any discrepancies in data records
  • Generating reports and summaries based on entered data as required
  • Assisting with data audits and helping implement data management best practices
  • Communicating effectively with team members and management regarding data issues and updates
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software
  • Strong typing skills with a minimum of 45 words per minute
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic understanding of data management and data entry best practices
  • Previous experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and databases is a plus
