Job Overview: We are seeking a confident, persuasive, and results-driven Call Sales Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. In this role, you will engage high-net-worth individuals through outbound calls, introducing them to our premium dating services, and qualifying their interest in purchasing a membership. Your ability to build rapport, close deals, and meet sales targets is essential. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and warm leads, promoting our premium dating services.
• Engage with high-net-worth individuals professionally, using emotional intelligence and empathy to understand their needs.
• Present our services effectively to drive interest and close sales.
• Meet and exceed individual sales and conversion targets.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a positive relationship throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven success in closing high-value sales over the phone (closer mindset essential).
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, particularly with high-net-worth individuals.
• Experience in selling high-ticket or premium services is a major plus.
• Strong ability to build relationships and handle objections effectively.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing time efficiently.
