Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Part-time Remote Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries regarding careerzynith products and services, assist customers with technical issues, product information, and account-related concerns, and ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns to meet or exceed service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries regarding careerzynith products and services
  • Assist customers with technical issues, product information, and account-related concerns
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns to meet or exceed service level agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of careerzynith products and services to provide accurate and effective support

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in relevant fields is a plus

  • Prior experience in customer support or a related role preferred

  • Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
