About the Role

As our next Partner Solutions hire, you will lead post-sale success, implementation, adoption, and retention efforts for Ascertain’s most strategic partners. This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare technology, healthcare consulting, or SaaS implementation who is excited to build a high-impact function from the ground up. You will own the customer journey after the initial sale, overseeing pilot delivery, driving change management and adoption, and ensuring long-term retention and expansion. Working directly with care management, revenue cycle, and clinical operations teams, you will ensure our platform integrates seamlessly into daily workflows and delivers measurable business and clinical value. Successful implementations will serve as a foundation for future product adoption and expansion into adjacent workflows. As a trusted advisor to our partners, you will engage executive stakeholders, align teams around operational goals, and leverage data-driven insights to demonstrate ROI. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure deployments are successful, customer feedback informs product development, and outcomes support broader go-to-market strategies. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who thrives in relationship management, transformational implementations, and operational problem-solving. You will help define Ascertain’s partner success strategy, create scalable processes and playbooks, and shape the overall customer experience.

What You'll Do

Own partner success after the sale by leading onboarding, implementation, adoption, and long-term retention efforts for strategic healthcare customers. Serve as the primary partner contact, building relationships with executive sponsors, operational leaders, and clinical stakeholders. Lead deployments from kickoff through go-live, managing timelines, milestones, risks, training, and change management activities. Drive adoption and measurable outcomes by helping customers integrate Ascertain into daily workflows and achieve operational and financial goals. Measure and communicate ROI using key performance metrics to support renewals, expansion opportunities, and strategic decision-making. Partner with Sales to grow existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs and success. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to improve the customer experience and influence product development. Build scalable processes and playbooks for onboarding, training, support, and customer success as the function grows. What You'll Need 4+ years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare consulting, customer success, implementation, or project management. Experience working with healthcare providers and operational teams, with a strong understanding of ambulatory practice workflows and revenue cycle operations. Cardiology experience is required; oncology experience is a plus. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder implementations and drive adoption, measurable outcomes, and long-term customer success. Familiarity with ambulatory EHR platforms such as athenaOne, NextGen, eClinicalWorks, or similar systems. Strong communication, relationship management, and analytical skills, with the ability to engage both executive and operational stakeholders. Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred.
