Physical Therapist for Adult IDD clients in Texas (Teletherapy) Requirements: Ability to learn on the job and have the ability to utilize and augment the materials we provide Texas-issued Physical Therapist License A day in the life of one of our therapists can look like: Meeting with clients over Zoom and providing accurate evaluations and reevaluations. Documenting evaluation visits and contacting families and case managers to share updates. Monitoring Assistants as needed to make sure they can provide the highest quality service and being there to answer any questions they may have. Soundly Speaking provides both in-person and teletherapy services to our clients. Based on an hourly wage, we expect our Physical Therapists to: Provide high quality evaluations in the client’s home and communicate with families about the therapy sessions. Provide the appropriate amount of supervision for their assistants. Adaptability and teamwork skills. Turn in paperwork in a 24 hour timeline.
