JOB SUMMARY This position is within our Post Entry team and is responsible for resolving all regulatory errors on behalf of clients, the ideal candidate has a solid background in customs brokerage and experience with post-entry work, regulatory error resolution, or entry corretions, a plus. This is a fully remote position. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests and work within deadlines set by Customs Work with Service Coordinators Teams to fix entry discrepancies Be able to communicate directly with Customs and Customers on corrections Closely monitor corrections made in order to receive needed refunds from Customs Manage and resolve all regulatory errors on behalf of clients. Obtain supporting or additional documentation. Analyze situation and determine best course of action. Develop written arguments for presentation to customs. Monitor process through to successful conclusion while keeping client, customs and other interested parties apprised of developments and ultimate outcome. Respond to additional duty assessments. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Demonstrated experience in Customs Brokerage Experience in post entry summary claims and/or customs clearance or other post entry functions is a definite plus Proven ability to problem solve, handle large volumes of work and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication, initiative and data analysis skills.
