Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Professional Advice Response Evaluator to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in improving the quality and safety of AI-generated content by evaluating responses related to professional advice across various domains, including legal, medical, financial, and technical fields. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing AI model performance and ensuring responsible and accurate information delivery to users. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, safety, and helpfulness, specifically within professional advice contexts.
• Identify and flag potentially harmful, incorrect, or misleading information.
• Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback on AI model performance.
• Adhere to strict quality guidelines and annotation standards.
• Analyze complex information and make informed judgments based on established criteria.
• Maintain high levels of productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in calibration sessions and ongoing training to ensure consistent evaluation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of evaluation guidelines and processes.
