Liaise with cross-functional teams to integrate linguistic quality metrics into broader data workflows. Provide feedback to improve guidelines, tools, and processes related to data tasks. Act as point of contact for client stakeholders regarding quality processes and participate in business reviews, as needed. Strong understanding of linguistic nuances, regional variations, and cultural contexts. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills. Familiarity with QA methodologies, quality metrics, and issue-tracking systems. Ability to actively cooperate in projects in a fast-paced, multilingual environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with NLP or machine learning pipelines. Knowledge of data cleaning, categorization, or classification techniques. Experience working with global teams and managing data-specific QA processes. Strong communication skills to convey complex linguistic issues to non-linguists. Make a tangible impact on user experiences in a multilingual world. Opportunities for growth in a fast-evolving, language-first industry.
