Position Summary We’re hiring a full-time, remote Acquisitions Closer who can consistently close deals and perform at a high level. You’ll engage with motivated inbound leads, uncover needs, make offers, and lock in profitable contracts. If you've been grinding in car sales, solar, insurance, door-to-door, or any high-pressure sales environment — and you're tired of the hours, the weather, and the ceiling — keep reading. Work Hours

• Monday through Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM EST
• Evenings or weekends as needed depending on lead activity

Core Responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads with professionalism and urgency
• Build rapport with sellers to uncover their real motivation
• Deliver strong offers and close over the phone or Zoom
• Maintain accurate records and updates in Podio CRM
• Coordinate effectively with our transactions and dispo teams

Ideal Candidate Profile We’re looking for confident, goal-oriented sales pros with the drive to close, the discipline to follow up, and the hunger to succeed in a competitive environment. You Must Have

• Minimum 1 year in real estate investing, acquisitions, or wholesale
• 1–2 years of experience in phone, Zoom, or high-ticket closing
• Strong communication, confidence, and negotiation skills
• Military or athletic background is a plus
• Coachability and attention to detail
• A fully functioning remote workspace

Compensation

Plan First 90 Days: $3,000/month Draw + Commission

• $3,000/month draw (advance against future commissions)
• Commission: 15% of closed deal revenue
• Monthly earning range: $10,500 – $22,500 + ($3,000/month draw during first 90 days)

After 90 Days: Commission Only

• 15% of closed deal revenue
• Monthly earning range: $10,500 – $22,500+ (based on closed deals)
