Our client, a dynamic real estate agency, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to support their sales team in Grand Rapids, Michigan, US . This role is instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote properties and enhance the agency's brand presence. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating compelling marketing materials, managing digital advertising campaigns, coordinating open houses, and tracking campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of digital marketing principles. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing plans for real estate listings, including creating brochures, flyers, and online advertisements. Manage social media channels, creating engaging content and responding to inquiries. Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid search, and social media advertising. Assist in organizing and promoting open houses and other property marketing events. Maintain the agency's website content, ensuring it is up-to-date and engaging. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics. Collaborate with real estate agents to understand their marketing needs and provide support. Manage relationships with external vendors, such as photographers and graphic designers. Ensure all marketing materials comply with branding guidelines and legal requirements. Stay updated on the latest real estate marketing trends and technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, email marketing software, Google Analytics). Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics. Familiarity with real estate principles and the local market in Grand Rapids, Michigan, US is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics). Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
