We are an organization of forward thinkers looking to add industry experts to our growing team. This role will primarily support TaxAct as the organization helps everyday Americans file their taxes. We seek to build a team of experts in tax and technology who are customer advocates and have the mindset to reimagine the services our customers receive. Position Summary: The Seasonal Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process to include but not limited to; sourcing talent through various channels/tools, conducting initial phone screens, coordinating interviews with hiring managers and team members, preparing interview materials and debriefs, extending offers of employment, negotiating salary and benefits, communicating with new hires prior to start date, orienting new employees on their first day, and tracking metrics related to the recruiting function. The Seasonal Recruiter will also serve as a liaison between candidates and management throughout the selection process. This role will work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the Director of Talent Acquisition to ensure that all processes are followed consistently across the organization. Essential Job Functions: Partner with internal clients to understand staffing needs Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens Coordinate scheduling of interviews with hiring managers and team members Prepare interview materials and debriefs Extend offers of employment Negotiate salary and benefits Communicate with new hires prior to start date Orient new employees on their first day Track metrics related to the recruiting function Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred 2+ years of experience in human resources or related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred At Taxwell, we believe our work benefits from the diverse perspectives of our employees.
