Recruiter - Multiple Verticals (remote from anywhere)

This job is open to candidates working remotely from anywhere Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4-6 hours of overlap with US Central Time Compensation: $1,250 USD/month for the first 90 days / $1,500 USD/month after that. Commissions to be confirmed. Most recruiting roles are about filling seats. This one is about raising the bar. Scalesource is a fast-growing remote staffing company. We place elite international talent with U.S. companies. We are building a new recruitment engine from scratch. We need a system that consistently delivers world-class candidates within 14 days or less every single time. At scale. In different geographies. And offering a white-glove candidate experience - one that will have rejected candidates thinking “I can’t wait to talk with them again”. All that while hiring 100+ new joiners until the end of 2026. We hire across multiple verticals and we need someone who can own a full recruiting desk — post jobs that actually attract the right people, screen hard, move fast, and make data-driven decisions. You’ll be supporting different teams, meaning you’ll be exposed to different industries, and you’ll need to thrive in environments where you need to learn new roles quickly. Bonus: you want to work on recruitment enablement and improvement initiatives that will impact the work of other recruiters. It sounds challenging (and it is) but you will have a system, tools, and full team support to achieve your goals. If your current role doesn’t let you fully use your recruiting skills — this one will. What you’ll be doing You’ll run recruiting for Scalesource roles from start to finish. That means: Hiring new joiners for multiple verticals (time-to-hire: 14 days) Offering a world-class candidate experience to every candidate, including rejected ones (SLA for feedback: 24h) Work on recruitment improvement projects What success looks like at 90 days You’ve hired 30+ candidates (these are high-volume roles, you will have all necessary support to achieve this number) Hiring managers are seeing better-quality shortlists, not bigger ones Candidates are providing positive feedback about their hiring experience Your pipelines are running smoothly and you are consistently able to close roles within 14 days You own at least one internal recruitment improvement initiative What you’ll need Experience recruiting across multiple open roles at the same time Experience hiring for remote roles across multiple regions Advanced English skills Comfortable using AI and automation tools to move faster Familiarity with an ATS, ideally Workable Strong opinions about recruitment. You have ideas on how things should work and you like talking about them.
