Founded in 1986, OnTrac has evolved into the leading provider of same-day and next-day delivery services in the U.S. for premier e-commerce and product-supply businesses, including five of the largest retailers in the U.S. Location: Remote - This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals. Salary: The base pay range for this position is $84,000 - $126,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. Employment Logistics: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating new sales leads and revenue by establishing strategic business relationships with key decision-makers in medium to large retail and e-commerce organizations. This role oversees the full sales cycle—from prospecting and presenting solutions to negotiating and closing contracts—within a defined geographic territory. Success in this role requires resilience, strategic thinking, and the ability to align customer goals with OnTrac’s logistics solutions. The Must-Haves: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, including contract negotiation Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events Your Mission in Motion: A summary of key responsibilities for the role is outlined below. Identify key decision-makers and build strategic relationships to drive revenue growth Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with customer goals Support onboarding of new clients to ensure volume commitments are met Manage daily account activities and deliverables to meet customer expectations Collaborate with the Director of Mid-Market Sales on reporting, administrative tasks, and territory strategy Represent OnTrac at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings Prepare and present business reviews, and follow through on action items Paving your way to your success: You demonstrate strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to prioritize and organize effectively You’re a positive influence during change and adapt quickly to evolving strategies You communicate clearly and professionally, influencing stakeholders at all levels You’re customer-focused, managing issues with urgency and making decisions that reflect customer impact You hold yourself and others accountable, and continuously seek opportunities for growth You operate with integrity, take ownership of outcomes, and are viewed as trustworthy and reliable Posting Timeline: This job posting is anticipated to remain open for at least 15 days from the date of posting Disclosures: *Washington state employees are eligible for up to 56 hours of paid sick leave annually. The salary range above represents the national range for this position. The salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at OnTrac, and the actual base salary offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to: Geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, job-related skills and competencies, market alignment, and financial considerations.
