Role Overview As a Reimbursement Services Representative, you will support timely, accurate billing by confirming coverage details, resolving missing information, and keeping patient accounts current in a fully remote setting. This role exists to reduce reimbursement delays and ensure patients and payers have clear, correct documentation. Throughout the day, you’ll rotate through email, system reports, and work queues to keep items moving and prevent aging accounts. When patients are difficult to reach, you’ll prepare and mail required termination letters, then log and route any returned mail appropriately.
