[Remote] Account Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Wealth Access is the leading banking-integrated wealth platform that helps banks and wealth management firms deliver unified, intelligent client experiences. As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle, working closely with product, implementation, and client success teams to generate new ARR across the bank and wealth management channel.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation via phone, email, and social media campaigns
  • Qualify sales leads based on client needs and with a partnership mentality
  • Build and manage a pipeline by traveling and calling into various levels of an organization — identifying the right opportunities and handling objections
  • Close enterprise deals and support identification of sales opportunities with existing clients
  • Nurture and develop relationships with consultants and industry partners
  • Communicate pipeline status and potential closed business to company leadership
  • Represent Wealth Access in front of prospects and at market events

Skills

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in FinTech or financial services
  • Sales quota attainment for enterprise-level deals throughout sales career
  • Proven outbound motion — not a pure inbound closer
  • Deep familiarity with the bank and wealth management channel
  • BA/BS in business, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Experienced Salesforce user; CRM-disciplined and consistent in pipeline hygiene
  • Genuine curiosity about banking and financial services
  • Coachable, collaborative, and comfortable operating in a high-growth, team-oriented environment
  • Comfortable with heavy travel as part of the role
  • Strong existing relationships in the bank and wealth management channel
  • Domain expertise in banking and financial services
