As an Inside Account Executive, you will build relationships with clients, implement sales strategies, and collaborate with teams to enhance educational solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Successfully implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
  • Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure the flawless execution of sales initiatives
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to determine potential opportunities for growth
  • Providing outstanding customer service and support to address client queries and concerns
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system

Skills

  • A proven track record in sales, preferably within the education or technology sectors
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an attitude geared towards achieving outcomes
  • The ability to work independently and as part of an ambitious team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience
