They are seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their inside sales team, responsible for driving new business and managing sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business through outbound cold calls and cold emails
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Understand merchant needs and present tailored solutions
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions in the CRM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience

Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in an inside sales or similar role
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed aggressive sales goals
  • Highly self-driven with a hunger for success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach (calls and emails)
  • Eagerness to learn about our products, merchants' businesses, and the fintech industry
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and platforms
