The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers, focusing on customer retention and expansion revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts
  • Conduct regular business reviews and account planning sessions
  • Drive customer retention and renewal outcomes
  • Identify expansion opportunities across software, payments, and related services
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to improve customer adoption
  • Maintain accurate account plans, forecasting, and pipeline management within Salesforce
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly retention and expansion targets
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers and key stakeholders
  • Surface customer feedback to Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams

Skills

  • 2+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, or SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of customer retention and revenue growth
  • Experience managing customer portfolios and renewal cycles
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter capable of working independently in a remote environment
