[Remote] Account Specialist Job Details | Sonova AG

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sonova Group is a leading provider in the hearing care industry, and they are seeking an Account Specialist. The role involves qualifying new customer leads, facilitating appointments for sales reps, and managing relationships with existing accounts primarily through remote communication.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships and rapport with existing customers within territory
  • Identify, prioritize, and contact new account leads
  • Collaborate closely with assigned field sales rep or key account manager
  • Manage customer communications in coordination with field team strategy (e.g., following up on appointment action items, managing relationship with customers, developing leads at new accounts within portfolio)
  • Build relationships with the customer throughout the sales process
  • Schedule meetings for field sales reps in region
  • Solve Sonova customers’ largest challenges with ‘concierge-like’ approach
  • Follows up with existing customers to ensure high quality customer service is being met
  • Comply with all local, state and federal laws and requirement
  • Comply with internal policies and procedures for documenting customer interactions in CRM system on a daily basis
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Must have experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, and/or Customer Service
  • Proven ability to solve problems on the fly, proactively and independently
  • Detail orientated
  • Strong ability to manage a wide range of tasks in an efficient and organized manner
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships in a remote setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of sales process and collaboration
  • Strong desire to provide superior customer service
  • A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
