Responsibilities

• Strong full-cycle AP experience
• High-volume AP processing (500 invoices per month, including entry, approvals, and discrepancy resolution)
• 2/3 Way Matching in NetSuite
• Vendor statement reconciliations
• Proficient in Excel: vlookups and pivot tables
• Oversee the AP inbox and invoice uploads
• Corporate credit card review and reconciliation
• Expense report auditing

Skills
